'Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC was loud and the TV was difficult to operate. The remote didn’t seem to work, we tried different things on the TV itself but eventually just gave up. When we went to ask the desk clerk for help, he was very busy and looked like another staff person would have been helpful. Breakfast was not great either. The biscuits were still frozen. We probably would not stay here again.'

'I just think in general this place is pricey for what it is. I stayed at AmericInn in grand forks the next night and it was so much better, more updated, cleaner, had a pool and hot tub. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold.'
