Offering two bedrooms, the cottage features a master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a second bedroom outfitted with classic sailor-style built-in bunks, perfect for kids or additional guests. A pop-out small sofa in the living area provides extra sleeping space for one more small human.

The cottage's small, yet fully stocked kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, while its outdoor amenities truly shine. Guests can unwind on the patio furniture, gather around the fire table as the sun sets over the bay, or sway gently on the "sunset" swings, soaking in the breathtaking views over Cape Cod bay.

Castaway cottage is adjacent to the main house but allows access to shared amenities such as stairs leading to the private beach and convenient parking areas. For larger gatherings or extended family vacations, the cottage can be rented with the main house, ensuring ample space and comfort for up to 12 guests.
