'Best rental we have stayed in on Cape, and we go every year. Exceptionally clean, comfortable. I can not say enough about it. Great location as well. What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. The grill and appliances were also of a higher quality and made it a pleasure to cook. Will absolutely stay at Blue Pearl again. '

'A fantastic stay in a wonderful property! The home is in a great location - not too far from all corners of the Cape. Near great beaches, biking, shopping, dining, walking/hiking trails. Lovely decor, well supplied kitchen, comfortable and spacious in a delightful pond setting.'

'My husband and I stayed at this property For a quick weekend getaway. The home was immaculate and very comfortable and welcoming. It has everything you need. The host was very attentive and check in was easy. Home is decorated beautifully and close to major attractions. We will def be back again next year. '

'Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!'

The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable.
