'My stay was absolutely wonderful in every respect. The staff was remarkable, the location perfect and the Casa is beautiful and well maintained. If you are planning to stay in Contessa this is the place! Cannot recommend a better way to spend time in Mexico City then to stay here and enjoy the warm welcome from everyone at the place. '

'The hotel is in a great location across a lovely park and the neighbourhood is safe and charming. We had a one bed room suite in the back which is very quiet as it overlooks the inside courtyard. Breakfast is fine though it could be better. The washer / dryer in the unit is very handy. The place is very clean and professionally managed. I would return to this hotel. A very comfortable stay. '

'Room was not only spotless, but very spacious, modern, new and had real, live and healthy plants! The roof was quiet with a big balcony, the wifi worked well, water was hot, and the area around the hotel was extremely convenient. The staff too was professional and helpful. Literally nothing not to like.'
