'This is a great place to stay in Roma Norte. There is a terrific Argentinian restaurant literally around the corner, which is great if you eat meat (I don't, but they also have great pasta options).
Just as importantly, this is a place that is within a walk-able crossroads. You can walk to Chapultepec park (and the Anthropology Museum) or you can spend the day walking around Roma or Condesa.
