'Monica and everyone at Casa Ensenada are so welcoming. It is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. A small but sufficient breakfast is available daily. Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. Truly felt like they enjoy having you stay with them. '

'An incredible stay. An excellent location, just across from the park, so it’s a quieter area, but cafes and restaurants literally around the corner. And still walking distance to more of the bustling areas of the city. Nicely decorated and furnished room. Enjoyed their nice breakfast every morning and a great hotel bar. 'I was billed twice for this stay. To 2 separate bank accounts. I contacted the property expecting a prompt refund of 1 of the 2 payments, but they disputed them, even after I sent clear photos of both charges in both banking apps. I've begun a dispute with one of the 2 banks, and it'll probably take a month to resolve the double charge. Expedia were unable to assist because this was a "pay at property" stay. Very unimpressed. Will not stay again.'

'モデルルームのような部屋でした。 とても広くて清潔で快適、キッチン用品類も必要なものは全て揃っていたので、簡単な料理もできました。 メトロバス乗り場から徒歩1分ほどで、夜歩いてても危険に感じなかったです。 またCDMXに来るならここに泊まりたいです。 洗濯機がなかったので近くのランドリーに行こうかと思いましたが、細かい現金がなく手洗いしましたが乾燥した土地なのですぐ乾きます。 あとExpediaでは170ペソの食事とドリンクがサービス特典がついていると書いてあったのですが、それは無かったです。ホテルなのか、Expediaの問題かは分かりませんが… チェックアウト後に荷物も置かせてくれてありがたかったです。'

Laundry services are available (for free if you do it yourself or 200mxn to get it delivered to your room). Breakfast is included and tasty yet limited. Many options in the neighbourhood though!'

I booked this property for one night based on the apartment-style concept and the Condesa location. What I got was a string of failures that ruined our only day in Mexico City.
