'I arrived 2 hours late and had no idea what to do or where to go. Laura at the front desk was great: friendly, understanding, and even walked me to my room. The neighborhood worked for me only because I rented a vehicle from the airport.'

'My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all.'

'Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!'

I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. I expected a clean, safe place to stay, but instead I had to deal with pests and poor customer service. The lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'
