'An employee hotel key card was used to enter my room while there was a do not disturb sign on the door. The person ran. When I reported it to the front desk they said I made it up and that it was not possible while giving me the meanest rudest attitudes I've ever experienced on vacation. I had to call the cops. Safety and Security at a Marriott should not be a worry while you are on vacation. Nor should rude hotel management covering up for their staff. '

The floors were filthy there was no staff at the site, other customers were locked out of there room for hours and sat in dark lobby! When asked do a refund because of what I saw and refused to stay there, I was denied! So they kept my money and refused to return it ! 'The noise is unbearable. We were on the third floor and had small windows connected a metal stairway that is so loud and it was like they were having a party up on the roof all night. We had to be up at 1am to catch a flight and couldn’t sleep at all. Between the paper thin walls where we hear everything the other rooms in our hall were doing and the loud party, we couldn’t sleep.
