'Whole experience was wonderful from arrival to departure. Room gave a unique but very comfortable experience and food albeit Bed & Breakfast was 1st class. Superb lunch and dinner venues are literally right outside whilst the service and choice in the bar in board were excellent. Been there a few times now and will our my place to go to when in Edinburgh from now on. The tram stop is about 3 mins walk and takes directly to city centre or airport. Could not ask for more. 'Great location. You wouldn't even know it's in the top floor of a mall. Hotel has a private entrance to the street once you check in which was very convenient. Staff was very freindly, rooms were clean, and the place was very quiet. Great walking location for anywhere in Edinburgh. We never even need a car. Coffee and croissants in the lobby were perfect for on the go. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning an extended stiay in Scotland. '
