'The property was beautiful inside and out. It was modern and clean, with lovely fixtures and fittings. The location is fine with easy transport links into the city centre and there are some nice artisan bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance to go and have breakfast. It was a tiny bit disappointing that there is no breakfast available.

'We had a lovely time in Edinburgh, and that was in no small part thanks to the this gem of a b&b.
The location is good. You can walk to the city centre (20 minutes, uphill) or take a bus (8 minutes, 4 pounds for a dayticket, 1,60 pounds for a single ride). Leith and Arthur's seat are also not that far. The area has some supermarkets and other nice shops.

'Heerlijk rustig hotel net buiten het drukke centrum. Omdat er niet genoeg adapters waren, werd er speciaal voor mij nog één gekocht. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. De kamer was wat aan de kleine kant, maar met mooi uitzicht op de tuin. Goede Wifi.'

'Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, everything was nice and clean. I really liked the authentic look of the hotel. Only 8 mins walk from Princes street and close to nice shops. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. We even got to leave our bags in the hotel after we checked out. I will most certainly come back and recommend it to others!'

'Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst bij receptie, kregen alle uitleg over inchecken, hotel, ontbijt en toeristische informatie in een gedetailleerdere map van Edinburgh. 'Wat een prachtig en ruim appartement! Centraal gelegen dus alles op loopafstand. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig in het appartement. Het is schoon en netjes.

"Het is op een handige locatie. Het openbaar vervoer stop voor de deur zowel de tram als bus. Je loopt zo, zowel de oude als de nieuwe stad in. En het ontbijt is prima geregeld en heerlijk eten. Het meubilair is wat gedateerd, maar je bent daar ook niet om in je hotelkamer te hangen. Het bed slaapt goed.
Een speciale shoutout naar Danilo hij heeft ons extra tips gegeven over wat je echt moet zien en daarnaast heeft hij ons wandelroutes gegeven wat ons een hoop zoeken heeft bespaard. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Danilo om even na 23:30 en we konden nog lekker wat drinken bij hem. Al met al een zeer aan te raden hotel! "
