Kitchen was well equipped and we could cook conveniently. Indoor garage was very nice and not having to find street parking. Nice to have beach towels and beach chairs available for us to use. 'My adult boys and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Nell's place. She was very communicative prior to the stay. The house was stocked with everything needed for the week. My boys particularly loved bbq'ing on the wood fired grill. We loved walking right out the back door to the sand and beach and fire pit.'

'Extremely convenient location in Pismo. Easy and quick walk to beach, pier, restaurants, shops. It is a bit noisy in that area - both car traffic and pedestrians walking/talking and the duplex style driveway that creates an echo chamber. The Owner was very accommodating with us needing additional fans and an air mattress and had them delivered within minutes of us requesting them. House was stocked nicely - but for those that intend on cooking, the pots/pans selection was less than we were...
