'My kids and I had an early Flight in Queretaro so I wanted us to be closer rather than driving in from Guanajuato. I specifically got this room for the pool which to my surprise was not at all what the pictures depicted. There was a lot of brown spots and the water looked cloudy. The chairs and umbrella holders are old and broken. The lobby smelled amazing and was very nicely decorated & staff was nice upon arrival, but the "apartments" didn't smell so great and the rug had stains. One of the...

'Spectacular stay! The apartments are gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable beds. The location on Quebrada Street is perfect for walking everywhere in the historic center. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi area offers stunning views of the city. Exceptional staff and service from start to finish. We will definitely be back!'
