Maria and every single staff member I came across was super nice, respectful and extremely helpful. On arrival at hey provide me with several coupons for near by restaurants and they were absolutely great places to eat at. 'Hotel is very conveniently situated in the old city of Cartagena. It’s and old convent that has been transformed into a hotel. For Colombia it’s an extremely expensive hotel but it’s a nice experience to be pampered and well looked after. Room was nice and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms show some signs of wear and tear. So the hotel management shouldn’t forget to continue to invest in maintenance. But in summary: we had a great stay.'
