'Location was perfect. Walls were so thin, we could hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors. Also had smoking neighbors that made our apartment smell really bad. The property management office was very responsive when collecting money but have been absolutely unresponsive in regards to getting the deposit back. 'I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The pictures as shown are not accurate and it is NOT a loft. It is level -1 sub basement with no windows or natural light. It is also incredibly dirty, not professionally cleaned and has very limited amenities. Our shower (which was covered in black mold and boasted a blocked drain full of clumps of hair) flooded the entire apartment on our first evening damaging luggage and possessions. We were left with no shower and no fresh towels for over...
