'Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Free 24-hour food/drink selection in the kitchen lobby was fabulous. Nice porch/terrace with tables was lovely with all the beautiful flor & fauna around. Location was perfectly walkable to local attractions (if you can handle hills!) with some gorgeous city views. Bus stops just down the hill. I enjoyed my stay!'

'This place had most of what we needed but was nothing special. The location was so so. There weren’t a lot of restaurants or cafes near and it could have cleaner. But it had a very nice courtyard with a table and chairs, and had three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was nice for our family. '

'We would like to formally request a significant refund of a portion of our stay. This apartment is definitely not as described in the listing (and our neighbors next door who rented from you also had similar issues and open a formal inquiry) - for many reasons: + the pool was not able to be used until Friday (we checked in Tuesday) and even then not clean + the washer/dryer handle is broken and not able to open - we were required to take all of our laundry to a laundromat and pay to launder it...

'Vakantie geboekt, voor 3 volwassenen, en drie kids. Opzoek geweest naar een penthouse met zwembad in tuin, of op dakterras. Uit eindelijk hele mooie foto’s gezien, en deze ‘penthouse’ geboekt. - Op de foto van hun advertentie zou er een zwembad op de begaande grond zijn, wat er niet was. ( we moesten naar beneden, stuk lopen, door een trappenhal, auto garage, en daar was het zwembad inclusief het appartement wat we eigenlijk geboekt hadden, en niet gekregen hadden. - Agency heeft ons verkeerde...

'Piso idoneo para usar como dormitorio únicamente. En la cocina faltan utensilios y platos para poder preparar comidas cómodamente. Los sofas son bastante incomodos. Las habitaciones son adecuadas, camas cómodas, con persianas que permiten bloquear la luz completamente, y buenas ventanas con cristal doble. El edificio estaba totalmente desocupado, parecía que solo dos de los apartamentos estaban habitables.'
