'Described as a beautiful apt and pictures looked great. Upon getting there, was run down compared to the pics and descriptions - furniture old and dirty, 1 of plastic chairs cracked badly. Said had washer n dryer, but no dryer. Fridge was quite old and wouldn't stay shut. Although lots of kitchenware, no napkins or paper towels. Also no extra toilet paper... But nice to have stove n oven n washer. Beds were pretty comfortable, decent towels n sheets. Location was good easy walks to markets,...

'THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO ENJOY YOUR WONDERFUL APARTMENT AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL CITY. WE FOUND THE LOCATION TO BE TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE DOWNTOWN AREA. EVERY TIME WE HAD A DESTINATION, WE HAD TO TAKE A TAXI. WE DID FEEL VERY SAFE AS WE WALKED THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ENJOY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY. THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT CUISINES TO CHOOSE FROM WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.CHECK IN STAFF MEMBERS WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. 'The accommodation was exactly as described and the AC was very welcome seeing as how Barcelona gets hot during the summer. The communication was always fast and prompt and the check in process was as described. All in all very good and would book again. '
