Vind je ideale hotel in El Río

'AC was great. There was an available parking lot close to the property (Free). The only amenity in the hotel, is a small swimming pool. The staff were good. The room was super clean. '

'Heerlijk hotel, mooie kamer en super lekker zwembad. De locatie ligt ver weg van de drukte rondom san juan. Bestemmingen als regenwoud en liguillo beach zijn met de auto goed bereikbaar (ruim een uur). Mooie omgeving om lekker rond te rijden. Hotel biedt ook voldoende om een paar dagen lekker te relaxen.'

'Our Villa was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were driven by golf cart to our room and bags were brought up to us. The entire stay was amazing. Very polite and respectful to all of us. Would highly recommend and would love to return. '

'Perfect stay'

'Good location. The cons: Struggled to close door, door lock not functioning. For safety reasons I attempted to contact host to inform but no answer. Host informed the following day and said that door locked automatically once shut from the inside, but at no time did one hear the automatic lock. '

'So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). When the water wouldn’t get cold to fill our water bottles we went to the fountain and it was out of service. We went to the ice machine and it wasn’t working. Went to raise the blinks when we arrived and a big metal thing landed on my hand....

'No complaints room was spacious, staff was always around to help and provide clean towels washer and dryer on site parking included air conditioner worked no issue. Very convenient to everything beaches, restaurants airport car rental etc.'

'The beach view and location were lovely. Gated parking was really nice. Beach chairs and towels were available from them. The property itself is a bit tired, with pvc piping for sliding door handles and closet bars. The room was cleaned daily.'

'I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. I have stayed in busy and noisy hotels all over and have never had to resort to the earplugs that were left in the nightstand. The Google Map link sent to me wouldn’t work which created...

'Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. '

'The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. '

'A very clean and pretty hotel. It was a very busy week but not over crowded. They could use a better breakfast set up, even for a coffee and muffin there was a line. '

'This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back. '
