'Een mooie ruime woning met veel - complete - faciliteiten. Wat wij misten waren doorzichtige ramen (gekleurd, veiligheidsglas) waardoor je vanuit huis niet naar buiten kunt kijken. Bij winderig weer (want best hoog op de berg) is dat echt jammer! Een waterkoker zou een welkome aanvulling zijn. Twee moederpoezen met kittens op het terrein vond ik zelf erg leuk maar een van mijn reisgenoten minder.... De lieve hond aan de ketting bij ingang buurman is een Spaans gebruik wat mijn hart voor honden...

'Lovely property, really well placed within Las Palmas for restaurants, the beach and several attractions. The sunny private outside space was a real bonus in a city area and much more spacious than the usual balcony.The apartment block was secure and quiet and well looked after, obviously full of permanent residents rather than holiday rentals.'

'Klein dorpje met 1 mini supermarkt en een traditionele bar met tappas. Prachtige ligging. Wandelen via leuke route naar fijn zwemstrand 20 minuten. Daar ook restaurants op de route. Door locatie Weinig touristen gezien in hoogseizoen! Top.'

'Exactly what we were looking for. A home away from all the tourist resorts.Useful to know we could contact David easily, also he visited the garage underneath the house regularly so we new we could catch him if we needed.The house was well equipped with what we needed.'

'Overall this place was ok. We had issues with the bathroom towels, which were old, thin, and raggedy and the shower curtain, which was way too long causing my little grandson to trip and fall. There was also a strong scent of sewage in the apartment and the street area around it. I had to buy air freshener to stand it. Finally the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not great. I had to sweep and mop several times. The maintenance lady was very, very nice and accommodating but the owner...

'everything functions well. Lex is very friendly and helpful. pool is warm, sunny terrace nearly all day, comfy beds, all in all a great destination with fabulous views. '

'De villa was prachtig gelegen tegen de bergen en van alle gemakkenvoorzien. Door de ligging op hoogte aan de noordkant van het eiland geeft dit wel vaker bewolking. Daarnaast was het erg gehorig door het vele marmer en de grote open ruimtes. En het is noodzakelijk vooraf te zorgen voor eigen vervoer, want winkels e.d. liggen op grote afstand. Het zou goed zijn dit te vermelden op de site.'

'El alojamiento estaba muy bien decorado, y con todo tipo de comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones y baños!. Totalmente recomendable para dos o tres personas y el espacio fue mas que suficiente!!! Además, se encuentra a escasos 100 metros de la playa de las canteras, y la posibilidad de tener parking en esa zona es inmejorable. Gracias a Alejandro por su amabilidad.'

'Nous sommes partis à deux familles 10 jours sur l'île. L'accueil par Lourdes très agréable et chaleureux. La maison nous a convenu, avec un chouette extérieur , malgré une météo un peu décevante... Manque juste de rangement côté cuisine... Une proximité de tous commerces top'

Te saai om er langer dan een paar dagen te blijven

"Het gebouw is een mismatch met de omgeving. Daarom gaan de troeven wat verloren. Mooi restaurant en verzorgde keuken. Mooie rooftop bar, voor een handvol gasten..... Personeel is top."

"We passed the hotel already 3 times before we saw the hard to see name on the windows. At check-in we didn't have a brush for the toilet. After asking, they told us it's an "extra" and they would arrange it right away. After returning to the hotel in the evening, still no brush. Again to the reception and they could only provide it the next day. The "hdmi" on the TV wasn't working. After consulting the concierge, they said they would send the technician. No technician seen the next day so the concierge came to have a look. Apearantly the TV's hdmi wasn't working, so I asked her if we could try another TV, maybe another room. She was fully booked, which I understand, but the next day there would be people leaving so they would get back to that. Never spoke 1 word about it. "
