Ontbijt was goed'

'Not recommended, they will not help you that friendly'

'Behulpzaam personeel en een schone kamer'

'As said by many people on Tripadvisor this is a simple Business hotel in a Business area. It takes 30 minute walking to Gateway of India. hotels are expensive in Mumbai and this one might give some value for money. Do not have high hopes!'

'Hotel were not expecting us even though we had a confirmed reservation. They were overbooked as some of the rooms were under renovation. Front desk person was very professional and did place us in a "Suite" as he had no choice at 10:30pm at night and informed us of room change the following day. Room smelt moody so AC need to be cleaned,There were dust around the room and couple of fans, light, AC remote was not working. I was not able to relocate to another hotel that night due to...

'The pool in this hotel is nothing like the pictures. It is so dirty you can not even see the bottom. It is littered with bird droppings. After having seen the pool, I am havig trouble eating at the hotel, do they take care of their kitchen the same way they take care of their pool? Apparently, the management of the hotel does not like the reviews being posted on various sites. The various signs at the restaurant 'If you think our staff is rude, please talk to the management' makes you think...

'It's a nice place. The people behind the desk are very welcoming and helpfull. The rooms are a bit small, but you have everything you need in there. So this was not a problem to us. Cafe Universal on the other side of the street provided us with a nice breakfast every morning. '

'Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio'

'Loved the place'

'Great place & location'

'Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, shops were nearby, Churchgate station 10 minutes walk.'

'Good hotel'

'Very convenient for business. Located'
