'You can't find a better location if you want to be in the heart of downtown Galena for a reasonable price. The air conditioning is a window unit in the front room, but the host provides plenty of fans. There are two bedrooms, but the first has cut-outs in the upper walls, and the second doesn't have a door right now, so privacy is limited. The living/dining area is very spacious and comfortable.'

'Galena is a fun town. The apartment was a great location to experience the vast variety of shops.'

'The property was perfect for our family to have a quick visit in Galena. The location is amazing!! You get your own parking spot which helps a lot. The property was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Amy was super responsive and easy to work with. If you're in Galena I highly recommend this property!!'

'Wow - we could not believe how perfect everything was. Amazing location, super clean, beautifully decorated, great communication. Could not have asked for anything better. '

'The property was spotless and nicely decorated. The property was located on Main Street right in the middle of everything, and the reserved parking spot was a bonus.'

'The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown. The Artistic Retreat was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed using the sauna, which was an added bonus. During one of our walks downtown, we had the pleasure of meeting the owners. It was fascinating to learn about the history of the property and hear about their impressive artistic backgrounds. We highly recommend the Artistic Retreat.'

'Exactly as listed, host was great and the scavenger hunt was cool.'

'Place was perfect! We never moved our cars when we were there. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Each room was nicely decorated and perfect for each couple. Some places might list sleeps 10 but then have multiple beds in each room or bunk beds etc, so this was perfect for an adult getaway with our kids.
