'Linen was gross'

'I guess you get what you pay for bad area dirty room. As soon as you walk in the whole room smells of cigarettes poor up keep of the rooms that rarely get clean i found blood on the dresser and a hard bed with thin blankets and pillows. Only positive is it was cheap and staff where quick to check you in and out.'

'The rooms were clean and a good size. The staff were amazing with a strong focus on customer service and support. The pool and hot tub got a lot a use. The property was very well maintained!'

'It took an hour to check in because it seems that rooms were not ready even though I had a confirmed reservation. So we had to wait outside in 91 degree heat because they were having everyone check in through window. AC was broken and I had to put tape over a hole that a large bug was coming out of. Almost got hit while walking from staff throwing a bag of empty soda cans over balcony. So thankful for Expedia customer service help.'
