It's a perfect spot for a couple to spend a few days exploring the area. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is about 5 minutes from downtown restaurants & 4 minutes from a full service grocery store. '

'Enjoyed our stay at the farm! Peaceful, safe and relaxing. Out of the hustle and bustle but close to attractions, restaurants etc. Randy and Wilma are wonderful hosts and it was nice knowing they could be reached easily if any problems. Wilma’s homemade bread, fresh eggs, butter and milk made for delicious breakfasts. Hope to return soon!'

'I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...
