'The location and layout cozy and warm. The odor of the water and bathroom like sulfer.Coffee seemed old pot did not work right.Could not get hot water for a shower either.'

'I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. 'Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road.'

'Just got back from a great girls' trip where we stayed one night. The house was perfect for the eight of us- clean, comfortable and modern. The house may not look like much on the outside but inside t's beautiful - clearly the host put thought into the details. The living room/dining room was perfect for us to hang out in and we never felt cramped. Our only complaint- and it was a big one for our group- was the hot tub took hours to heat and wasn't at the correct temperature until we were ready...
