'My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

'The house is beautiful and welcoming. We had a lovely basket for off treats and they left treats and a blanket, wipes and poo bags for the dog. The beds were comfortable. The area itself is very nice and within walking distance to the beach and squirrels woods. Plenty of pubs around for food and drinks. We traveled to Manchester as we had tickets for coronation street tour which was only one hour away. '

'Great place for us to stay for quick 2 night stay. We wanted to stay close to Anfield and this place definitely was. Able to walk to local pubs and neighborhood was quiet. Host very helpful. Would rent again. '
