'My family enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and the staff were amazing!'

'There was hair in my bed and all over my sink. It was gross. It felt more like a happy prison cell than a hotel room personally and the timer light on the bathroom was so annoying. You will shower in the dark after 5 minutes unless you turn the light back on constantly.'

But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. 'The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. It seems the property would do well to upgrade their mattresses. It was nice to be able to walk over to the Wharf to shop/eat. Overall I would...
