'Aankomst was goed geregeld. Door het personeel werd geholpen met het uitladen van de koffers en werden deze naar de kamer toegebracht. De kamers zijn zeer schoon en de bedden liggen goed. Keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, oftewel een aanrader om hier te verblijven tijdens je reis door Melbourne. Gratis parkeren bij de hotel is helemaal goed!'
