'The staff were friendly but the room was quite small and very noisy (could hear other residents and people from the street). Overall, nice location and staff and good place to have breakfast but provide better sound-proofing?'

'The location of this Quest is amazing. Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. The apartment is spacious, but very tired, and wasn't 100% clean. Also, the website says there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but it seems they stopped doing that after COVID, and forgot to update the website. The shower is annoying and could be upgraded. The bed is very comfy! '

'Lovely hotel. The room I stayed in was wonderful; spacious and spotless. I loved the style and feel of the room; as if I had my own apartment in the city. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I stayed longer than anticipated because I just didn't want to leave :) Steps away from St.Kilda's centre and a short walk to the beach and promenade. SkyBus stop to/from the airport right across the street. Highly recommended!'

'Room was in fair condition a few bits of furniture that were tatty. Beds were comfortable. Said it was a studio but more like a normal hotel bedroom just with a microwave and toaster as extra. No balcony although there was one outside the window which was connected to the room next door which was a bit weird as they could walk past our window and look in to our room. The staff were excellent very helpful. Not really close to anything beach was about a mile away only an Aldi next door'

'Very nice place for a good price! Close to the beach and shops and the tram to the city stops right in front of the hotel. Amazing and helpful staff. Beds are comfy and the rooms are equipped with a little kitchen wich is really convenient. There’s even an espresso machine! Totally recommend!'

'Location perfect. Close to beach and places to eat. Main shopping area within walking distance. Parking straightforward. The accommodation itself ( 1 bed apartment) was poorly cleaned. Dog hairs on sofa, bed and chairs. Tables and kitchen worktops were in need of a good clean. Under sofa cushions full of last visitors remnants. Kitchen utensils dirty. Floors required vacuum. Dubious marks around toilet door. We did mention to staff on arrival and again on leaving as generally don’t like...

'St Kilda East Backpackers. We walked in, not one to book us in, not that that mattered, we couldn't stay there. smelt like dead rats, worse than if you pictured a hovel. We rang the owner, and Wotif rang the owner. Both responses were if people want a clean place to stay, they should go somewhere else. I would be very surprised if Wotif allow this hostel to book through them ever again.'

'Felt very at home in this leafy first floor apartment. Extremely close to the Astor Theatre. Communication re parking was a little unclear but we figured it out. Excellent for attending concerts and so on in St Kilda and surrounds.'
