'The accommodations in the “Eagles Nest” were perfectly fine for our 2 night stay. If we go again we would try to get one of the cabins for a more secluded stay as they are a little bit away from the lodge vs staying in the lodges. Overall the property and room were very quiet, the owners were very nice and it was perfect for seeing the Black Bears in Orr, MN.'

'The lodge was filthy. Dishes and cookware were filthy. A few dish towels. The steps were all the same color and pattern, I fell into the landing. I hurt my left hip, leg and elbow. Bob was our contact person and he was helpful and accommodating. The property was a long way down a dirt road. There were no fish in the lake!'

'surprisingly this lodge has been on elbow lake for a century. The location is fairly isolated and has good access to the lake. It is the type of place that beckons as a near wilderness experience. We will try to return in the future.'

'We spent a long weekend in the Whitepine room at the lodge and loved it! The view was incredible. The beach and the water are just about unmatched by any other lake I’ve been to. The water activities available were great for the kids. The family running the place is adorable and work super hard. One note would be that the restaurant is not open. We would definitely return!'

'The home was just right. Comfortable, spacious and roomy for our family. The home included a great kitchen for all the family meals. Very large dining table/ benches to gather at. Two bathrooms. Very large upstairs with lots of room and areas to sleep and a large bedroom on the main floor. We had a warm February stay full of sunshine and mild temps. Thank you Jason and Jennifer for the perfect family getaway.'
