'Lovely remote lodge in beautiful area. The room is small, but well appointed. You will lose cell seevice on the gorgeous Gunflint Trail, so make sure you have saved your check in instructions beforehand. Note that many lodges on the trail have restaurants, but not this one, so bring food with you before you arrive. They are last on the trail except a campground, so once you’re here, you’ll need to have everything. I came thinking I might get to see the Milky Way since it’s so remote, but there...

'We absolutely enjoyed our stay in 104A. It was a great home base location for all that we wanted to do and see on our trip. It was great to be able to use the resort amenities and there are fabulous restaurants in walking distance or even a short drive away. 'Hibernation House, is a spacious and well stocked 5 bedroom townhome. The unit could be 3 separate units. Which provided some confusion at arrival. We rented it as a 5 bedroom unit. Which meant we had 3 entry doors and 3 parking spots right in front. The on site pictures are very true to the layout and amenities, much appreciated! 'Overall loved the cabin and the experience! Luke was VERY responsive and we had everything we needed. The cabin was well equipped with beds & linens, supplies, games, kitchen utensils, an awesome gas grill and Traeger smoker, sauna and a private boat launch. Side note, the pictures were taken with a wide angle lens and they make the space look bigger than it actually is. However, the space is very comfortable and clean! Fun was had by all! We are already considering staying here again for skiing...
