'To start off, there were issues with check in, into the estates. That was outside of the properties control. Contacted Marvin right away, pretty immediately, was able to get my group and I through the gate. From there the place was spotless clean, and very refreshing from the summer heat. The place was very spacious, there were a ton of accessible amenities, and the area at night, exceeded expectations. There were definitely a bit of a task to check in, but Marvin made himself very present and...

'Great space, beautiful rustic but modern design. Complete kitchen including spices. The house did not have a TV in every room but that was fine since we played games every night until late. The outdoor of the property was the best part. Forest behind the house w a creek where we were able to enjoy watching deers wild birds and chipmunks. Definitely want to stay here again. '

"This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty in there. I wouldn't blacklight it. The location was convenient. This is the kind of place you stay when there's no other option and that's why I chose it. My sister joked that the M stands for Murder. "
