'The main problem was the room’s temperature. We chose this place because it listed air conditioning, which was important given daily highs in the 30s. When we checked in we were told leave the air condition ing at 26. That would have been fine if the AC worked. It did not. Calls and messages to the property went unanswered. I would not go back'

We did receive a reply with a code and dropped our luggage near the entrance - in full view of the door and anyone who came in.
