'When we checked in and opened the door to the hotel room, we turned on the lights and saw all the roaches scatter away. There was roach poop droppings on the bed and the whole room was dirty with hair laying everywhere. The fire alarm was off, the batteries were missing. Front desk was not answering their phones. We ended up checking out and sleeping in our car. This place is horrible, unsanitary and disgusting. Expedia was able to refund a portion. I love Expedia but absolutely hate this hotel....

'We were initially assigned to an unclean room, but they moved us to a new one after we raised the issue. The staff were friendly and responsive—when we pointed out a double charge, they corrected it quickly. The facility is affordable and in a great location.'
