'Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.'

'Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. 'Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with.'

'Our family gathered here to celebrate our grandson’s graduation from Binghamton. This beautiful home was the perfect place for our large family to come together, laugh, share memories, and celebrate such a special milestone. We will always remember the warmth and comfort of this house and the wonderful time we spent enjoying each other’s company here.'

'Excellent, roomy and clean property. Very comfortable for our family of four. Would highly recommend.'

'This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.'
