'Stayed here for an event nearby. Room was spacious and was clean. Furnishings and fixtures were all very modern. I appreciated having a bluetooth speaker to use during my stay, it turned out to be pretty convenient! There are dining options available at the hotel, and a convenience store on the ground floor. I had breakfast, and the breakfast buffet selection was pretty broad, so there should be something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Shin-Takashima train...

'Hotel New Grand is old school hospitality, where a guests is treated like a celebrity. They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'The property was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. The rooms are small but the bed is comfortable. The next time that I visit Yokohama, I will stay here. The location of the property is a short walk to the train station. Overall I enjoyed my stay. '
