'The hotel was beautiful next to the water. It also had a shuttle that took you to the train station which was amazing. A short walk to the train also with a short cut near the bottom of the hotel. The pool was not open and the terrace area was closed until 9 in the morning. Overall great place.'

'駅からホテルへ利用したタクシーに忘れ物をしましたが、フロントの方に適切に対応でタクシー会社に連絡を取って頂き、無事手元に戻って来ました。
一点だけ改善を依頼したいのは夕食時間の受付などの手続き開始が13時30分からですが、駅からの送迎バスが14時00分からとなっている事です。手続き開始時間を繰り下げるのは難しいと思うので、送迎バスの時間13時00分を追加頂けると助かります。'

'Great location, everything is within the hotel! (Restaurant, massage, onsen, playground , rooftop foot spa and much more!!!) Amazing view! Free shadow bus to take you to the train station.
The only thing I don’t like is the check-in time is 5 PM! '
