'We had been coming to El Cid for years and have always enjoyed this beautiful place. Unfortunately, it appears to be falling into disrepair, particularly when it comes to the plumbing. During our recent stay, the toilet would make a horrible, loud noise that continued for several minutes every time it was flushed. Because of this, we asked if we could be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the clerk seemed more upset with us for bringing the issue to his attention than concerned about the...

'Las televisiones no son smart, en general la limpieza fuera de la habitación fue mala, las instalaciones ya están viejas, no me gustó el hotel en general. El área de restaurante y la comida bien.'

'Habitación limpia, cojines de camas son color oscuro y no dan sensación si estuvieran limpios o no. El estacionamiento está en construcción, no hay nada de apoyo para guiar como o donde estacionarse y los accesos peatonales a recepción están muy peligrosos con varillas expuestas, alambres y registros abiertos.'

'Great stay for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to the beach, Oxxo, good tacos & a nice coffee shop across the street. About a 10 minute drive to the Malecon. Went with my family & it was perfect for us. The staff was friendly, spoke English & gave us great recommendations. Hotel was clean, AC worked well, staff was attentive. Very pleased with my stay. Will definitely save this hotel for future stays.'
