'Amazing location if you are skiing at Crystal Mountain. You get a nice parking spot as a hotel guest and you can just walk to the ski lifts from there. The room is simple but cozy with retro vibes and the staff are friendly. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant at Alpine Inn. The hotel has three separate buildings. Regardless of which building your room is located, you can walk to the resort. We will stay there again when we go to Crystal Mountain for skiing. '

'It's getting worse each time. The staff is never at the front desk and we waste so much time waiting to be checked in/checked out. At the very least they need to add a secure key drop box and a bell to call attention. I appreciate the dog-friendliness/ policies and the rooms have everything we need. If the staff was more present it would be a higher rating. '

'We had a lovely weekend here. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious. The property is picturesque and secluded. The description was unclear that this is a space under the owners home. Also the entertainment system is complicated to set up— although we did manage it and enjoyed the big projected screen. Would be nice to have a Tv as another option. '
