Only negatives were that rooms are a bit small and there were some hairs in bathroom when we arrived (not ours). 'This is not tje W hotel standard as I have experienced travelling in Europe. Hotels needs refurbishment. Poor breakfast service and poor hotel lobby bar. Faded glory. Most astonishing was the sound of the airo on/off sound like a door was smashed'
