Also, the noise in intolerable, cars with loud or no mufflers cruise up and down Douglas every night it does not matter if it is a weekend or a week day, and all night until 2, 3am, especially in the summer. Wichita downtown has deteriorated big time. so sad. Downtown used to be so clean and safe.'
