'Pool was closed (not an issue for my wife or me), but I did hear some families with children which were concerned about that. We stay here a few times each year. Convenient to the beach, amphitheater, clubs, pubs. and restaurants. '

'We arrived near 1am and got fast, professional service from the staff on duty. That made everything else about our stay feel more welcoming and inviting. The mattresses were comfy & the pillows were plentiful and supportive. The hotel is also very close to at least 4 travel stops, so there were ample options for food and fuel. 'I stay here for work when the weather is bad instead of driving all the way home down the turnpike. I like that they have a restaurant inside so makes it easy to get dinner without leaving the hotel and going out in bad weather. Staff is always friendly, it’s generally quiet'

The Bayfront hotels can be outrageously expensive, but Hampton Inn is a reasonable price for being right on the water w/ Erie’s fanciest restaurant on the top floor (Oliver’s).
