'The Inn on Pim was a decent place for the price. Location was handy; Pim Street becomes the Great Northern Road which turns into the Trans-Canada heading out of the Sault. The front desk is not always manned and you have to be buzzed in for the door to open; that does not inspire confidence. Ice machine was not operational. Room was clean; guy at the front dest was helpful. 4 oz. paper cups for the coffee? Surely it would not be cost prohibitive to provide full-size paper cups. Overall - a...

A participant attending training through our organization checked into the hotel and immediately encountered cleanliness concerns, including dirty bedding that required replacement. Photos were taken to document the condition of the room. More concerning, the guest reported an interaction with an individual on the property that left them feeling unsafe and uncomfortable.
