'The location is sublime. The hotel has a lot of (old) charm. The staff is just amazing. The pool area is spacious with stunning views. The room was a bit small and uninspiring. It could do with an update. It felt like a throw back to the ‘70s. Perhaps I’m a bit sensitive but the sewage tank is located next to the pool area and the smell drifted over the pool area. All in all a good experience. '

'This property was AMAZING! The staff was very kind and helpful. The property is walking distance from the beach but just far enough that you were not in front of all the foot traffic. So you got the privacy you needed plus the proximity you want. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel rooms were big, clean and fully updated. 'We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. 'Das Zimmer war extrem schön und sehr sauber. Einige Dinge wie Mülleimer, Taschentücher sowie Kosmetikutensilien haben einfach gefehlt. Die Belegschaft war teilweise sehr bemüht, leider aber nicht diesem Standard angemessen (Begrüßung und Erklärung der Anlage hat gefehlt, nach Allergien wurde nicht gefragt, Koffer beim Transport leider beschädigt).
