'The description of the hotel and area were very misleading. The hotel is in a business district and due to the Easter/ Holy week holidays nothing in the area was open. the hotel was deserted and I may have been the only guest. No restaurant, no breakfast at hotel or near by, essentially a ghost town. I sadly prepaid for 5 nights. When I checked out after one night there was no accommodation for a partial refund. No manager available for the 5 days and the next week I was told No Refunds. If this...

'Nothing special, the included breakfast is decent enough. There is no iron, not even to borrow they make you go through an external iron/laundry service for a fee, and make sure your TV works with all 10 remote controls they give you 🙄. You also don't need an alarm, you will be woken up by the cleaning staff at 7am with their loud 2-way radios on full blast.'

The main issue was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the flow came out with little force, which made showering less satisfying.
