'Me gusto que se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y seguro, aparte que el personal que atiende es muy amable. La habitación me gusto, tenia lo necesario y la cama muy cómoda. Pude salir a pasear con normalidad y pude hacer algunas compras en el mall de Puruchuco tiene todas las tiendas. '

'En general el hotel es muy bueno, servicio atento, aunque hay ligeras variaciones por el cambio de personal, las instalaciones acordes con el precio, toallas limpias y no muy gastadas, mantas para el frio, el cable un poco deficiente pq se entrecorta, pero con tantas opciones de internet no se extrana mucho.'

'Om 20.30 uur gearriveerd in hotel, blijkbaar geen kamer meer, erg rommelige incheck. Toch nog wat gevonden, erg weinig comfort en gezelligheid. Weinig meubilair wat er staat, kan echt vervangen worden. Geen airco wel ‘n mobiele ventilator, raam open veel last van verkeer. Volgende dag andere kamer gevraagd. Iets beter maar erg ongezellig, wel schoon maar ‘n klus om dit schoon te houden. Bij het ontbijt weinig aanvulling en wanneer je erom vraagt , gaat dat erg moeilijk. Stelt niet veel voor het...

'The pictures used on Expedia for the rooms represent the room in its "tidiest state", but when you actually are in one of the rooms, the interior is in much worse shape (walls/beddding). The bathroom section has a toilet that barely has room for legs because a wall is in the way. At night mosquitoes can come in and so do cockroaches. While I am not scared of either, the mosquitoes are definitely annoying. While if you have command of Spanish, you can talk with the receptionist but if you don't...

"Het hotel ziet er aan de buitenkant als zeer luxe uit, iedereen loopt in mooie pakken en je wordt prima ontvangen. Tot je op de kamer komt , de badkamer was ronduit zeer slecht onderhouden, verkalkte kranen , een vies geel bad, scheuren in de vloer en gaten in de deur. Wij vonden de kamer zeer teleurstellend. Als je na een lange vlucht aankomt en je wilt een lekker koud biertje bestellen hebben ze dat niet, je moet aan de dure cocktails. Het hotel is vergane glorie. "
