'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'The property is in a great location where you could walk into Cruz Bay for shopping and restaurants. It had all the amenities that you needed.'

'The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience.'

We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. Got there alittle early around 130pm and Shareese checked us in early plus gave us discounted drink tkts and one free rum punch tkt for mom since she heard it was her birthday. Hotel views are breathtaking and hotel itself had lots of cute places to take pics to take pics.'
