'The property was clean and a very nice value for the price. The staff was very helpful and really went out of their way to make sure that we had a good experience. The property’s surroundings are very picturesque and it is a quiet, peaceful place to stay. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. The only downside is the property is not as close as others to historic downtown but historic downtown is still very close to drive to...just not in walking distance.'

'Very clean room! Western decor and even though I've read reviews saying beds were hard, i was very comfortable. Good water pressure in shower and convenient location. Great price and it is on main road. Would have more quiet but we showed up dueing Spring Fling motorcycle rally! Still, heard very litte noise/traffic after like 10:00 or 10:30 pm. '

'We stay at a lot of hotels on family trips, but like Historic hotels on couples trips. this is the best Historic hotel we have ever stayed in. The service was top notch, it was very clean and up-kept (they didn't use "oldness" as an excuse to let things go), and they provided a basket of extra supplies at our door in the morning so we didn't have to ask. They also text with daily things to do. Oh, and parking is included in the price! We will definitely be staying here again! '

'The hotel is clean, friendly staff, I’ve been staying here several years. The office opened late today so I had to go back 15 minutes later for my coffee but this is the first time I’ve had that problem. Just know that breakfast is very limited but fine for me as I’m not a big breakfast eater. They have real coffee creamer which is a must for me. I’ll stay again. '

'Fun stay in historic hotel. Nice having access to the large patio space. Had supper in the 4th floor pizza place, the calzone was big enough for 6! Took the 'ghost tour' and enjoyed the history of the hotel. Did not see any ghosts, but most of the floors and doors were creaky.'
