'The property manager was very communicative prior to the stay and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. The property is exactly as described and was very clean. Yes, it has a smell as others noted but this was just a camping outdoorsy smell that one can expect when staying in a cabin. I found that once we ran the AC for a bit the smell was gone. Overall would recommend and would stay again! '

'We came by boat with friends to the marina at Holiday Island. We were staying the weekend to visit Eureka Springs. The place was as described and actually exceeded my expectations!! The owner was friendly and VERY accommodating!!!Overall a great weekend for us and the VRBO made it even better!!'

"Het hotel op zich is wat ouder en de kamers ook. Maar de bedden waren prima en de kamer was schoon. Het zwembad was nog niet geopend toen wij er waren maar je kon wel lekker buiten zitten op het balkon. Voor het hotel stopte de trolley en hiermee ben je in een paar minuten in het leuke stadje. Voor 6 dollar per dag heb je een leuke sightseeing met de trolley door de stad. Het hotel biedt geen ontbijt aan maar er is een prima restaurant in het hotel gevestigd waar je voor een goede prijs goed kunt dineren en ontbijten. Als we ooit nog een keer in de buurt zijn dan zullen we dit hotel zeker opnieuw boeken en dat komt mede door het restaurant wat erbij zit!"
