'Very lovely place. It’s an older home, if you like things perfect this may not be for you. If you’re comfortable with a more eclectic stay, it’s really pleasant. The roosters will wake you up at dawn, you might want to consider earplugs.'

The home features two living areas, 3 large bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. It also has a small workout area with a sauna. The only downsides would be is it is a little journey for groceries or dining and there are powerlines that partially obstruct the view from the front deck. 'When we arrived it looked like it had been vacant for some time. The yard and sidewalk were full of weeds that were well over a foot tall. Then, when we went inside the AC had not been running so it was very warm inside. (It was July and was in the 90s at this time.) We immediately turned on the AC and all the fans. In less than an hour the breaker tripped and the AC went out. My husband fixed it and the AC came on again. I did let the host know. We left for dinner and when we came back the AC...

'We had such a terrific stay at the house for our company retreat. Plenty of space and private rooms and bathrooms for everyone, as well as comfortable communal spaces both inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed and more for cooking at home. We saw elk every day and other wildlife too. Would love to return in the future, and highly recommend. '
