'I asked to check in one hour early, they stated that I had to pay a $30 fee. The check-in time was supposed to be between 330 to 4. I tried to put the code in a little after 345 but it didn’t work. I called the service line to let them know I was having issues and they told me I was 12 minutes too early. The hot tub pipes were busted. There were signs all over the house stating not to eat or drink in different areas. We ended up not staying. Would not recommend. '

'I wanted to love this property. It’s beautifully remodeled inside. Clean and quiet. I have caveats though. From the beginning, I didn’t get any communication leading up to leaving for our stay until I contacted them 24 hours before our stay. And even then, was told that they would give check in particulars 30 minutes prior. Not great for a planner like me. The check in info gave specific instructions as to how and where to park once you’re on the property. They wanted us to park our full size...

'Beautiful home! My family and I really enjoyed the comfort and relaxation of this place. Great location as well. We went to Winter park, 1hr away. As well as Echo Mountain, 35 minutes away (ski and snowboarding) Communication was 10/10 from the host, Karen. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return for future trips. '
