'Beautiful location! We enjoyed our breakfast sitting out on the patio with a lake and mountain view. Amenities are close to Building 3. Just a walk away from the pool and boutique shop. We also played tennis, pickleball and worked out at the clubhouse which was also a short walk away. Lunch at the Golf Clubhouse was delicious and provided a lovely view of the golf course. We had minor issues in the condo that we requested to be repaired: plugged drain in master shower and towel holder falling...

'We enjoyed our quiet weekend in the Rivermont neighborhood. The apartment was tastefully decorated in a cool vintage theme. Although a basement apartment it had plenty of natural light. 'Location was great. The Mariners Landing complex is very nice. We would stay at this condo again. Only real complaint was that it could use a spring cleaning, but it wasn’t horrible. Just some cobwebs by the front door and on the balconies. Some other minor things, nothing major. We stayed just before the full summer season started so it may have just been timing for us. The resort grounds are really nice. Good restaurant choices at the resort.'

If you have a boat, there is a dock you can tie up to. I will say the stairs to the dock are very steep and may be challenging for older guests, but they did not bother us.
