'Fantastische Quinta om een aantal nachten te verblijven want dat verdient Evora zeker! De kamers zijn prachtig ingericht, het sanitair is top, zeer schoon en de Quinta is uitstekend onderhouden. Het ontbijt is prima, de mensen superlief en het restaurant is geweldig gelegen in een modern en toch authentiek en gezellig bijgebouw. Enige dat wij misten was een minibar op de kamer aangezien het restaurant slecht beperkt open was. Verder een absolute aanrader deze Quinta!'

'We had a wonderful quiet time at the 'Herdade' (cattle farm) close to Montemor-o-Novo. It is somewhat remote, but guarantees a quiet, authentic, but comfortable stay at the Portugese countryside. Very hospitable hosts give many tips about the environment.'

'Beautiful garden with a lot of shadow and cool places. Great pool. Nice house, comfortable. Very well equiped kitchen. A little bit old but ever so authentic. The area is very nice, beautiful little village at walking distance. We went to the bakery by foot and at night we went for an icecream during our evening walk. Evora is a supernice town, only 30 minutes drive. We enjoyed very much our stay with our three little kids. '

'Miguel, the host, is very accommodating. From making reservations at restaurants to suggesting wineries we would like, he was very responsive and friendly. The pool felt great on a hot summer afternoon. '

'Johanna ist ein sehr freundliche und großzüge Gastgeberin auf ihrer schönen, ruhigen Farm mit toller Gartenanlge. Die weitläufige Poolterasse und das sehr große Schwimmbecken sind schon Urlaub an sich. Die Ferienwohnungen besitzen private Terassen und sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns 8 Nächte super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Johanna!'

'Might be hard to find for some but worth the effort. Friendly hosts open their home and farm to you. Lots of space. The pool is bigger and better than many 5 star resorts.It's a rough road for the last few k's. It's a unique and special place to stay.'

'We can’t say enough about our stay! The property was beautiful and very local as we desired. It accommodated our group of 10 with plenty of bedrooms, baths, personal and group space. The best part however was our host Miguel. He took care of all of our requests quickly and happily along with booking many experiences with local partners that made the entire trip so very special. 'Our family had a great stay at this spacious home. There are 2 living areas and a large pool area as well that our teenagers enjoyed spreading out in after a long trip. The location is great place to visit the nearby towns of Montemor -o-novo and Évora. The countryside is so beautiful here. We were so happy to stay in this beautifully renovated property.
