'It was funky in the most artistic and pleasing way. Most ofnthe places we stay in are either sterile generic or have the appearance of being cobbled together. This place had interesting art, vintage furniture, and inviting nooks. The stairs - which were both clearly mentioned as well as depicted - were challenging, but that was all. Greatly appreciated the AC!'

'Quiet neighborhood and beautiful home! Plenty of space for sleep and privacy but also to get together in 2 different living areas. Joe was very communicative and a great host! Great place to stay for small or larger group.'

'The apartment was in a sweet neighborhood, and the space was clean and neat, and it had everything that we needed, making it comfortable and relaxing. The Apartment Manager was available and helpful to answer questions as well. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!'

'Very clean, comfortable and spacious home that was just perfect for a week stay. Close to just about everything while still in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond. Would recommend bringing your own cookware if you plan on making anything that may need a certain type of pan or bake ware, but all of the basics are provided. Definitely a place we would stay again!'

'We had friends from all over the country fly in for a girl’s weekend and to enjoy the Minnesota Yacht Club festival—highly recommend the house and the festival! The property was the perfect place to relax and make a meal before a heading to the event location. There was plenty of sleeping space (and comfy beds), and we had plenty of hot water even with 7 ladies showering. The owner was helpful and answered questions quickly. We didn’t have kids with us, but older kids/teens would love this...

'I love to stay at the cottage any time I visit family in the twin cities. It's a convenient location close to the airport, lakes and anything you could need is a quick drive away. As a solo female traveler I feel safe staying at the cottage. It is tucked away behind the main house and gives a sense of privacy. I have used the separate space called the Nordic nook in the past to paint or relax. It's a great additional space when traveling. The details put into the landscaping, the space and decor...
